Do I need to sign up for an account with Mums and Bubs to place an order?

Yes, you need to sign up for an account with us to place an order. You may sign up your account now or you can start shopping first and set up an account before you check out.

How do I make payment for my order?

You can pay either through Internet Banking or PayPal upon checking out. Our bank account details are as follows:

How long does payment verification take?

For paypal and credit card payments, payment verification is instant. For internet banking transfers via DBS and OCBC, payment verification takes up to 24 - 48hrs. For interbanking transfers, funds will only be transferred to us within 2 - 3 working days. Thereafter, do give us 1 working day to verify your payment.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We believe you should only pay for the item you get and thus delivery is free for all local addresses in Singapore. This only applies to normal mail postage and on non-sale items. For more information, please visit Delivery Information.

When will I receive my goods?

We know how important it is to receive your goods fast and it is our priority that we see to that. Our standard processing and delivery time is 1-2 business days once payment is verified.

I have not received my normal parcel, what should I do?

We drop our mails with Singpost and do the work to make sure those mails get to you. However, if you still have not received your parcel within a week, do drop us an email at enquiries@mumsandbubs.com.sg together with your order number and we will track it for you.

Can I amend / cancel my order after it is placed?

We are sorry but once your order has been placed, you are unable to amend or cancel it.

What if I do not input my payment details after the stipulated timeframe?

If you do not make payment and input your payment details within the stipulated timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled. If your payment was made within the stipulated timeframe but you failed to update your payment details within the stipulated timeframe, your order will be processed under "backorder" if a backorder has been opened for the items. Otherwise, your payment will be stored as store credits for future purchases.

What does it mean by a backorder?

Some items are just so irresistibly adorable that it can be snap up so fast. However, you are still able to purchase these items that are on backorder, except that you will receive it in a later time.

How do I place an order for an item that is on backorder?

We made it easy for you such that it is the same process as buying an item that is in stock.

I’ve received an item that has a defect! Can I return it?

Yes, you can. Please kindly send us a snapshot of the defect, along with your order number, to enquiries@mumsandbubs.com.sg and a customer service rep will get back to you within 24hrs.

I’ve got the incorrect item that I ordered for.

It is our duty to ensure that quality service is provided to you. Therefore should you receive an item that was not chosen by you, please drop us an email with a snapshot of the item together with your order number to enquiries@mumsandbubs.com.sg

I’ve received my item, but I do not like it/size is wrong. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchange for this. Please kindly refer to our Orders and Returns for more info.
